Welcome

The Rhodena Beach House is about 3 miles south of the historic town of Coupeville on Whidbey Island. This 3 bedroom rambler is perched high on a bluff above Rhodenda Beach, looking out a Skakelum Pt. It faces North East with a view of Saratoga Passage, Camano Island, and Mount Baker.

The three bedroom, 2-bath house is fully furnished and it is stocked with towels, bed linens, and cooking utensils. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need to fix those special meals (stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker) or you can take a quick trip into Coupeville for great dining. In the living room there is a TV/VCR with basic cable and a propane fireplace.

In the bedroom that faces the water, there is a full bed, 2 twin beds are in the next bedroom and a queen bed and color TV in the master bedroom.

You can enjoy one of the best views on Whidbey Island from the living room, dining room, kitchen, the front bedroom or the spacious deck. If you like beach walking, there is a community beach you can drive to, or take the trail just around the corner to the private beach. The sunrises will take your breath away so be sure to bring your camera. You will also find the wildlife quite entertaining. We have a family of raccoons that like to make an appearance every couple of days and you’ll be sure to see an eagle or two soaring the bluff or on the beach feeding.

There is no phone and we do not allow smoking indoors. We have a no pet policy.
