Our rates are $175.00 a night for a double occupancy, and $10.00 for each extra person, per night, up to 6 people (2 night minimum stay). Island County has an 8.3% sales tax and a 2% hotel/motel tax. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.

There is a 100% refund if cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to arrival. 50% one week prior notice and there is no refund for a no-show. We charge a 5% handling fee for credit card refunds. If there is any damage or excessive cleaning needs to be done we will charge your credit card accordingly. We accept Visa, MasterCard for deposits and cash, traveler's checks or postal money orders for balances. Check in time is 3 PM. Check out time is noon unless you've made special arrangements.
